Beware of False Triggers

Periodic website updates are done automatically by WP Engine. Should you receive an alert that sites are down during the hours of 12am-7am, please be aware WP Engine's automatic update system should rollback failed or hanging updates within 15 minutes or so.

If errors persistent beyond then, first check if the website(s) in question are loading before escalating the matter. Thank you!
